Working VISA

BUSINESS VISA (C-3-4) or SHORT-TERM WORK VISA (C-4: concert, show and installation of machines, etc.)

  • Original valid passport
  • 1 photo to standards
  • 1 form (copy) [download] completed and signed
    • 1 Covid-19 medical certificate dated less than 48 hours upon filing (mandatory nasal PCR screening test; it is possible to present the visa application file without the PCR test and send us the test results by e-mail -mail later during visa processing request.) 
    • 1 consent for quarantine and the ‘health condition report formfiled and signed
    • 1 certificate from the employer in France (indicating the seniority and function of the person who will be traveling to Korea) with stamp and signature
    • 1 letter of invitation by name from Korea requesting the participation of the person
    • 1 copy of the Korean company's trade register (Certificate for Business Registration)
    • 1 contract in Korea (for short-term work visas)
    • 1 copy of proof of residence in France (for European nationals) or copy of visa for entry into France and those of French residence cards obtained (Only foreign nationals who can prove more than 2 years of regular stay in France are eligible to apply for a visa - for non-European nationals) 
    • 1 CV + copy of the last diploma (for teachers, religious, engineers and technicians)
    • 1 authorization from the Ministry of Culture in Korea + 1 contract in Korea (for artists)
    • Deadline: at least 14 working days
    • Cost: 36 euros (40.50 euros for US nationals: check payable to the Korean Embassy)
    • The request can be made no earlier than 1 month in advance of the date of departure for Korea.
    • The period of validity of the passport must be longer than 6 months at the time of filing the visa application.
      • 45 euros: Austria, Russia, Ghana, Senegal, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Iran
